This project is about how I saw Herceg Novi right after arriving and how I perceive it now, after living here for three years. At the beginning, it felt new and somewhat uncomfortable.

Over time, the city became more familiar, and my взгляд shifted. I began to notice details, light at different times of day, colors, textures, people, and everyday scenes that had previously gone unnoticed. Instead of a general impression, a more attentive and personal way of seeing emerged.

What matters in this project is not how Herceg Novi changed, but how my perception changed.
